The Food was BOMB! The service was great. The restaurant is simple and down-home. It reminds me of Gramma's house. I ordered to go the first time. I'm heading there now for a late lunch for a second round.

I was craving some chicken enchiladas and found this place. The decor is very homey and old school. We were welcomed immediately by the very friendly gentleman who told us we can sit wherever we like. He asked us for our drink order while we decided on food. I got the chicken enchiladas with the green sauce which came with rice and beans. It was very good! Tasted very fresh and exactly what I was craving. So happy! Will definitely be back.

Veracruz has been in this spot since before I could speak! My family (or part of us) come at least once a week. The staff is friendly and the service is superb! ALWAYS! The menus are hand written with over 150 items- old skool for sure. One taste takes you back to your mother's kitchen in Mexico! There is no bad food order here! We will keep coming as long as they open the doors! We don't even need to use men's anymore! (There are two locations)

Still love coming to this restauraunt. I was there a couple of weeks ago and decided to take new photos of the menu to update the ones that were on here from a few years back. Frequently I'm ordering their Fajitas which is way more than enough for one person, but this last time I stumbled across their Fajita Salad. The salad was just as good as the regular fajitas just without the rice and beans I almost never finish. The wait staff is pretty attentive and stop by often enough to make sure you have enough chips, salsa, and drinks. Sure the inside is a bit dated and looks like an old school Mexican restaurant, but who cares what the place looks like as long as their food is delicious, sometimes I like places for the ambiance and sometimes for the food. This is the place one goes to eat tasty food with friends and family and not really hang out.

Everyone raves about this place but even so i was skeptical. But i had their flautas finally and WOW! I see why everyone loves it here. Staff is very attentive and the decor is very festive but cozy. You can tell this is a popular local spot even just to have some drinks. It has a welcoming atmosphere. The menus are handwritten and thats how you know the food is made with love. The flautas are my favorite: the chicken isn't dry and the green sauce adds a perfect contrast. I've had flautas from other places and it just doesnt compare!! My husband got their carne asade chilaquiles and the carne was flavorful and generous!! I said we should definitely come back more often.
